Building Specifications

Foundations and Drainage

The foundations will consist of strip footings or a reinforced concrete slab.

Reinforced concrete retaining walls on the car park level.

The drainage system will consist of PVC downpipes and horizontal collectors, discharging via an overhead and buried network to the public mains connection.

Structure

A base structure comprising reinforced concrete column frames and two-way slabs or

reinforced concrete slabs is proposed.

External Enclosures

Enclosure comprising an outer layer of precast concrete or perforated ceramic brickwork, thermal insulation, a non-ventilated air cavity, and an inner layer of a self-supporting framework of laminated plasterboard on galvanised steel profiles. The inner layer may be of ceramic brick at the discretion of the project management.

Exterior façade finish in precast concrete or rendered with cement mortar and paint suitable for the substrate, colour to be determined by the project management.
