FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE The foundations will be of concrete slabs and pilings. The structure will be constructed using reinforced concrete directional waffle slabs.
ROOFING pillars and bi The finished roofs will be flat with thermal insulation and protected with a layer of pebbles. They will be accessed only for maintenance purposes.
FAÇADE The exterior walls will be built using rough brick, walls with stoneware and/or painted mortar, and/or single-layer mortar, depending on the project design. There will be an insulating air chamber backed with dry partition walls.
CARPENTRY AND GLAZING Throughout the apartment, exterior sliding or hinged windos and doors will be according to the project design, in coloured lacquered aluminium with thermal acoustic 6-12-16 glazing. Compact PVC window blinds in rooms, according to the project, in the same colour and material as the exterior window frames. Ground floor windows will be protected with security locking mechanisms.
INTERIOR PARTITION WALLS AND INSULATION The interior distribution of the apartments will be carried out using dry brick partition walls with thermal-acoustic insulation inside. Domestic hot water produced by standardized heat pump with aero-thermal system.
ELECTRICITY Electrics installed in accordance with R.E.B.T regulation standard. Television, te lephone and telecommunications sockets according to standard. Electrical switches by Niessen or similar brand. Electronic door answer- phone system.
LIFTS Lift with automatic doors and capacity for 6 persons (450 kg) with stops on all apartment floors and the basement level. Vehicle access to basement level by way of a ramp and a remote-control automatic door.
