FOUNDATIONS

The foundation will be built in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Geotechnical Study. The structure will consist of a reticular slab for the upper floors and a reinforced concrete slab for the cantilevered terraces. Both the foundation and the structure, along with all materials used, will comply with applicable regulations (CTE and EHE) and the Geotechnical Study. Quality control for the construction process will be carried out by certified specialised laboratories.
