Façades

Reinforced concrete structure. Compliance with current regulations is guaranteed.

The exterior façades are finished with stoneware and SATE-type cladding, with certified quality systems, a ventilated cavity, thermal and acoustic insulation and perforated brickwork.

Pool

Wardrobes have water-resistant MDF and factory-lacquered doors, with either swing or sliding mechanisms depending on the design. Recessed finger pull on one side. It has a Cactus printed-textile melamine board interior with PVC edges. They have a chromed steel bar with built-in bushings.

Energy Savings

Air conditioning is provided by a high-efficiency aerothermal system that extracts 75% of its energy from the outside air, with the remaining 25% coming from electricity consumption.

This technology can be considered a form of renewable energy due to its high efficiency and low CO₂ emissions. The aerothermal system is integrated with the domestic hot water supply and underfloor heating, with easy centralization via ducts from a unit located in the bathroom’s false ceiling, with

thermostat-controlled zoning in each room.

Mechanical ventilation is provided via extractor ducts installed in the false ceilings, concealed from view. It guarantees continuous renewal of the indoor air throughout the home. This system guarantees the requirements established by the (CTE).
